Our office strives to go beyond the expectations of a typical bank attorney and takes pride in thoroughly reviewing all files and providing full legal counsel in all aspects of the application/closing process. Our firm is comprised of three attorneys that specialize in Real Estate Mortgage closings, who collectively, have over a half a century of experience in this field. If there is an issue we will fix it. Our firm has extensive Mortgage Banker contacts and Lending Manager contacts. We work closely with Title companies and thoroughly review all titles to ensure a smooth transaction.
Our firm offers an expansive help line to your clients. Whether we are working on the file or not, if you have a question we are here to help. In addition, we conduct First Time Buyer Seminars and are available to speak at monthly meetings.
